About me

Hi, I’m Amber. Not too long ago, I was in your shoes. I realized that I was unhappy, rushing around without a clear purpose just to check things off a list that other people dictated for me. The result of that season was struggling relationships, feelings of insignificance, and a longing for more. 

So I quit, almost everything, and hit restart. (Pro Tip: this is not ideal)

Now, I write for and coach women who are on the edge of burnout and looking for a better way forward.
